Product Description
The XGF24-24-24-8 4-in-1 Juice Hot Filling Machine is the most advanced beverage machine in world market, which integrates sterilization water washing, clear water washing, filling and sealing. It is widely used in yogurt filling and juice filling.
The sterilization water washing and clear water washing make sure the germs can't survive.
Characteristics:
1. Two wahsing process is used to clean the bottle completely, reducing the second pollution and ensuring the quality of end product.
2. Air conveyor is connected with the in-bottle-arch board eases the different size bottle changing.
3. It applies neck-handling technology to make the different bottle changing convinent without equipment height adjustment, only arch board and star wheel such nylon parts need to be changed.
4. The key points which connect with the liquid is stainless steel SUS304, which ensure the beverage should not be polluted.
5. The stainless steel rinser grippers is stable and endurable.
